This policy explains what information TronRelic collects, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have written it from what the site's code actually does.
Who we are
TronRelic (tronrelic.com) is operated by [CONTROLLER], which is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].
The short version
- We do not sell your data, and the site runs no advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
- We measure visits with our own first-party analytics. We never store your IP address in our analytics, only a one-way hash of it.
- An account is optional. If you create one, we store your email address and the sign-in details needed to log you in.
- Blockchain data is public by nature. If you link a wallet or post on the forum, that wallet address is associated with your activity on the site.
Information we collect
When you visit the site
Each page view records:
- the page address, without its query string
- the referring page
- your browser's user agent and language
- the device type
- a country worked out from your IP address on our own server
- your network's autonomous system number (ASN), a number identifying your internet provider's network
- any marketing campaign tags (
utm\_parameters) in the link you followed
We also record a random visitor identifier stored in a cookie (see Cookies). If you are signed in, the record also carries your account identifier.
We do not store your IP address in our analytics. We store a salted one-way hash of it, and a hash of its network range, so repeat visits and automated traffic can be recognised without keeping the address itself.
When you create an account
You can sign in with a code sent to your email address, with a Google or GitHub account, or with a passkey. We store:
- your email address, and whether it is verified
- your display name and profile picture, if your Google or GitHub account provides them
- the identifier your sign-in provider uses for you, and any passkey you register
- your active login sessions, each recording the IP address and browser it was created from
- your preferences, such as which notifications you have turned off
We never store passwords. TronRelic does not offer password sign-in.
When you link a TRON wallet
You prove you control a wallet by signing a message with it. We store the wallet address, which one is your primary wallet, and when it was linked and last used.
Linking a wallet also adds it to our account history service. That service retrieves the wallet's public transaction history and balances from the blockchain through TronGrid and stores them so we can show you your history and portfolio. This history is public blockchain data, but storing it is a consequence of linking the wallet.
When you post on the forum
Forum posts are public. A post shows its content and the wallet address that signed it, and anyone can list all posts made from a given wallet. Your email address and account identifier are not shown. To limit spam we store a hash of your IP address for the duration of the posting limit.
When you upload a file
Uploaded files are stored with the account that uploaded them and the original file name. Uploaded files are publicly accessible at their address.
When you connect an AI client (MCP)
If you are allowed to connect an AI client to TronRelic through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), we store the app you approved, its access tokens, and when it was last used. Each tool call is recorded in an audit log with your account, the app, the request it made, and the IP address it came from.
When you use the Telegram bot
If you message the TronRelic Telegram bot, we store your Telegram user ID, username, first and last name as Telegram provides them, and how many commands you have sent.
When you email us
We keep your email and our reply for as long as needed to deal with your request.
Security and operational logs
Our server logs record errors and security events. Some of those entries, such as a refused request or a change to an administrator's permissions, include an IP address or account identifier.
Cookies
We use only first-party cookies. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
tronrelic\_tid |
Random identifier used to count visits and sessions in our analytics | 1 year |
tronrelic\_ref |
Referral code from a link you followed, so a later sign-up can be credited to the referrer | 90 days |
\_original\_ref |
The site that linked you here, kept briefly while you are redirected | 5 minutes |
better-auth.session\_token |
Keeps you signed in | 7 days |
| Short-lived sign-in cookies | Protect a Google, GitHub, or passkey sign-in while it is in progress | Minutes |
Your browser's session storage also holds the address of the previous page you viewed, so a page view can record where you came from within the site. It is cleared when you close the tab.
How we use information
We use it to run the site and keep you signed in, to measure and improve which pages are used, to detect abuse, spam, and attacks, to credit referrals, to show you your own wallet history and portfolio, and to answer you when you contact us.
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, our legal bases are:
- performing our agreement with you, for your account and the features you use
- our legitimate interests, for security, abuse prevention, and understanding how the site is used
- your consent, where the law requires it
Who receives information
We do not sell or rent personal data. These services process it on our behalf, or receive it because you choose to use them:

| Cloudflare | Every request to the site, including your IP address | Network delivery, caching, and protection against attacks and bots |
| DigitalOcean | All data we store | Hosting our servers |
| Resend | Your email address and sign-in code | Sending sign-in emails |
| Google, GitHub | The sign-in request you start | Signing you in, if you choose that method |
| TronGrid | Linked wallet addresses | Retrieving public blockchain history for your wallets |
| Telegram | Your messages to our bot | Running the bot, if you use it |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and its users from fraud or abuse.
Where data is stored
Our servers are in Singapore. Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where EU or UK law applies to a transfer, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent.
You can unlink a wallet from your account settings at any time. For anything else, including deleting your account, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We may need to confirm it is you before acting. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Data written to the TRON blockchain, such as your wallet's transactions, is public and permanent. We cannot change or delete it.
Children
TronRelic is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. We never ask for, and never store, your private key or seed phrase. No system is perfectly secure. If you find a vulnerability, please report it as described in our security.txt.
Changes
We will update this page when what we collect or how we use it changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
