These terms apply when you use tronrelic.com and its related services, such as the TronRelic Telegram bot and the MCP connection for AI clients. In these terms, "TronRelic", "we", and "us" mean the operator of the site, and "you" means anyone who uses it. By using TronRelic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What TronRelic is
TronRelic shows public data about the TRON blockchain, compares prices across TRON energy rental providers, and offers free tools, a blog, and a community forum. It is an information service. We do not hold funds, execute transactions, or operate any energy rental market. See our Disclosures for how we earn money and why nothing on the site is financial advice.
Accounts and wallets
You can use most of the site without an account. To post on the forum or use account features, you sign in with an emailed code, a Google or GitHub account, or a passkey. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure.
You can link a TRON wallet to your account by signing a message with it. Signing a message proves you control the wallet and cannot move funds. TronRelic will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. Anyone who asks for them on our behalf is attempting fraud.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post, such as forum posts. By posting it, you give TronRelic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute it as part of the service. Forum posts are public.
Do not post anything that:
- is illegal, or infringes someone else's rights
- is spam, unsolicited advertising, or a scam, including fake support offers and requests for private keys or seed phrases
- harasses, threatens, or impersonates anyone
- contains malware or links to it
We may remove content and do not have to explain why.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- try to break, overload, or get around the security or rate limits of the site, its API, or its MCP endpoint
- access admin areas or other users' accounts without permission
- use the site to break any law
Automated reading of public pages is welcome within the rules in our robots.txt.
Data and third-party services
Prices, rankings, and blockchain figures are collected automatically and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Check information with the provider, or on the blockchain, before relying on it.
Links to energy rental providers and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. Those services are run by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for them, for their prices, or for any transaction you make with them. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
Open source
The core TronRelic software is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL). These terms cover your use of the tronrelic.com service. They do not limit any right the AGPL gives you over the source code.
No warranty
TronRelic is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TronRelic is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its information. That includes trading losses, losses from transactions with third-party providers, lost profits, and lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
